The TECNIFIBRE CARBOFLEX 125 X-TOP V2 125g squash racket was designed to maximize swing speed for players, especially competitive players, regular players, and women. Weighing in at a mere 125g and featuring a thinner handle than other rackets in the range, it offers exceptional maneuverability. The 500 cm² head size provides a perfect balance between power and stability, and it is strung with Dynamix VP polyurethane multifilaments, Tecnifibre’s most responsive string.
The CARBOFLEX X-TOP V2 range pushes the boundaries of innovation with patented X-TOP technology. The bumper (racket head protector) has been removed for a completely new construction, optimizing performance. It is replaced by a combination of active fibers, including aramid fibers, a highly impact-resistant material, and a PTFE treatment that enhances glide and protects the racket against abrasion. Without a bumper, the racket is smoother and cuts through the air more effectively, resulting in maximum swing speed and power. Replacing plastic with these materials also allows for improved responsiveness, reduced vibration, and greater comfort.
The racket has been redesigned with the Airshaft section to enhance its aerodynamics and promote acceleration. Its monoshaft construction is reinforced on both sides by X-Arms tendons, limiting racket flexibility while ensuring stability and precision at impact. To increase forgiveness on off-center hits and facilitate spin, Extended String Holes technology has been incorporated: 12 specific grommets in the frame have been enlarged at the 3, 9, and 12 o’clock positions to allow for greater string elasticity.
