The CARBOFLEX 135 X-TOP V2 Squash Racket has been specially designed to optimize each player’s swing speed. Suitable for regular players and competitors, it offers the best compromise between power and manoeuvrability in the CARBOFLEX range. Thanks to the JUMBO SHAFT technology, its reinforced ergonomic monoshaft frame ensures that the power comes directly from the racket. Its optimized length, 1 cm shorter than other CARBOFLEX snowshoes, improves maneuverability while reducing bulk. The 500 cm² sieve ensures a perfect balance between power and stability. In addition, it is strung with Dynamix VP polyurethane multifilament, Tecnifibre’s most responsive string.
The CARBOFLEX X-TOP V2 range pushes the boundaries of innovation with its patented X-TOP technology. The bumper usually found on the racquet head has been replaced with a blend of active fibers, providing maximum strength, speed and playability. These fibers include aramid, an extremely impact-resistant material, and a PTFE treatment that improves slipperiness, protecting the frame from abrasion caused by floors and walls. The absence of a bumper makes the racket smoother, allowing for better air penetration for maximum swing speed and power. This change also brings more responsiveness, less vibration and more comfort thanks to the increased presence of fibers in the racket.
The aerodynamic design of the racquet is optimized by the Airshaft section, favoring acceleration. The monoshaft construction is reinforced on both sides by the X-Arms tendons, which limits the flexibility of the racquet and provides increased stability and precision at impact. To improve spin and forgiveness on off-centre shots, the CARBOFLEX 135 X-TOP V2 incorporates Extended String Holes technology. Twelve eyelets located at strategic points in the frame (3 o’clock, 9 o’clock and 12 o’clock) have been widened, allowing the strings to breathe and improving their elasticity.
